Guest rooms include two twin bed in one, and a double bed in the other, to accommodate family and friends. *garage does not accommodate vehicle parking, due to owner's vehicle and storage shelving, etc. However, there is space to accommodate 4 vehicles in the 2 car wide driveway. *all based on 1mos minimum during summer/off season during the months of may oct at $2,600/mo, and 3mo minimum during seasonal months of dec feb, at $4,200/mo. Tourist tax of 12%, and cleaning fee of $175 additional.
