Through the sliding glass doors, youll step into your private outdoor oasis, complete with comfortable seating and a sparkling poolideal for soaking up the Florida sunshine or enjoying a peaceful evening under the stars. The spacious kitchen is designed for both style and function, boasting stainless steel appliances, ample countertop space, and everything you need to prepare your familys favorite meals. Adjacent to the kitchen is a chic dining area that comfortably seats six guests, perfect for casual family dinners or entertaining friends. The primary bedroom offers a king size bed, and plenty of space for personal belongings. House Rule: No smoking. No burning candles inside of lodging. No parties. Your reservation may require you to fill out a Home Owners Association application that may request personal details. Any application fees required by the HOA are non refundable. Furry friends welcome! Up to 2 pets allowed. A non refundable pet fee applies and must be paid directly to the management company. Owner mailbox not available for guest use. If you wish to receive mail during your stay, we recommend making arrangements with the local post office to secure a PO Box prior to your arrival. Amazon packages should be picked up at a local Amazon locker location. Pool heating is optional, for an additional non refundable fee of $25 per day + taxes to be paid directly to the management company after the reservation is confirmed.
